AF is the most comprehensive training log available. Use AF to track all your exercises, health variables, physiological tests, event results, expenses, and much more for you and your team, for ANY sport or physical activity. There are no restriction in terms of how much or what you can track under the Completed (orange) section of the Dashboard.
Plan your exercise schedule, now or into the future. Bronze accounts are limited to 3 exercises or events per week. Gold or Silver members not only have no restrictions, but can also plan any number of exercises for themselves and any Bronze members in their groups.
AF is the most flexible exercise prescription system available. You can create incredibly simple or complex exercises for ANY sport or activity by including all and only those attributes that matter to your particular sport. Fully customize the variables that you want included as part of a workout Prescription as well as the workout Completion. The training level feature alone will make AF worth it.
Create a week's worth of exercises using templates, which you can then apply to you or anybody within your group. Do you train a group of individuals who share the same schedule? Gold and Silver members can create intervals, zoom in, zoom out and see peak performance points in any workout uploaded from a compatible device.
Want to see how your season got you your results? Include training time, intensity and results in your report. Want to see how many miles ran and how much weight your entire team lost? Include time, distance and weight in your report and aggregate by group. There are no limits in terms of the number of reports; however, Bronze members are limited to tracking time, distance and the following basic health variables: resting heart rate, weight, sleep, calories and motivation.
Create public or private (training) groups and allow your group members to share nothing, something (a snippet of their dashboard) or everything (their dashboard details!). It's up to you.
Invite members to your groups by auto-creating an account for them or emailing them an invitation to join.
